Langford, is an international educator, consultant, speaker, author, and trainer who focuses on application of quality improvement theory, processes, and tools in education. Mr. Langford is the only educator awarded the Deming Medal for Excellence for outstanding leadership in combining statistical thinking and management to restore joy in the education system.

Marcia Daszko works with Boards, Executives, and their teams to strategically plan, improve, innovate, and scale healthy organizations. Mentored by Dr. W. Edwards Deming and Dr. Perry Gluckman, she teaches the Deming philosophy of management and navigates leaders to apply for never-before-imagined results. 

John A. Dues serves as the Chief Learning Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer at United Schools Network. He is an accomplished systems leader and improvement science scholar-practitioner and has recently published his first book entitled Win-Win: W. Edwards Deming, the System of Profound Knowledge, and the Science of Improving Schools. Throughout his career he has served on the founding teams of seven school and nonprofit organizations. John has a BA from Miami University, an M.Ed. from the University of Cincinnati, and recently completed the Improvement Advisor program through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.

Chris is a former software developer-turned-management consultant who operates his own Toronto-based consultancy, Derailleur Consulting, Inc., which aims to help customers improve the quality of their operations by learning how to apply the philosophy and teachings of Dr. W.E. Deming, particularly in software development domains. He is also the publisher of The Digestible Deming newsletter which is dedicated toward deconstructing and demystifying Deming's approach to management through short essays and examples that can be easily read and shared.
