The Value of the IQI Academy lies not in the tools that we present and exercises we conduct (although the tools and exercises are very helpful), but in the new and empowering perspectives that are provided by the System of Profound Knowledge. New perspectives allow you to transform your understanding of the world and of what is possible. As a result, you come to better understand your customers, your organization, and what is needed to produce improvement.
The IQI Academy delivers a proven, principle-centered foundation of management and quality education. Deming’s 14 points and System of Profound Knowledge are being applied successfully by leaders in many different organizations in industry, education and government.
An “on-the-court” vs. “in-the-stands” approach to learning is the heart of the IQI Academy. The use of weekly PDSA (Plan/Do/Study/Act) improvement cycles is one of the foundational approaches that gets participants “on-the-court” and learning from Day 1 of the IQI Academy.
