Ask and answer the Three Basic Questions:
What are we trying to accomplish?
How will we know that a change is an improvement?
What moves can we make to produce improvement?.
Continually learn and improve with PDSA cycles (Plan-Do-Study-Act).
Reduce variation.
Work together cooperatively.
Manage the interactions, not individuals.
Drive out fear and
Lead with knowledge, tact, personality and persuasive power.
